Empowering Your Workplace

Fulton Office Solutions is a distinguished work space that emerged from the idea of transforming a unique 9 office suite within the

historic Palace Building, once known as the

Old Palace Hotel, located off Market St in

Fulton, Missouri. Following renovations by

owner David McDaniel, the suite sat vacant

for three years until Raphael G from SHOMODJSAV recognized its potential in the fall of 2024.

Now we are dedicated to private offices,

meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and specialized

areas for photography and podcasting as well as office

solutions, continually enhancing this space to

benefit both visitors passing through Fulton and

locals. Each room honors Fulton’s rich history

by being named after notable figures

who did business in the area, adding

a personal touch to our dynamic community hub.

The Palace Hotel in downtown Fulton, Missouri, opened on August 18, 1879, and has served as a central social, civic, and commercial hub for Callaway County for nearly 150 years.

Here are the meanings for each room at Fulton Office Solutions

1879 Conference Room: Named after the year the Old Palace Hotel was built.

The Drummer Office Suite: Named after salesmen that would travel by train through Fulton Missouri.  Making their rounds through Mid America.  A drummer was a slang expression used in the 19th and early 20th centuries for a traveling salesman.

Fred Bell Office Room: Named after the renowned local architect M.F. Bell who designed the Palace Hotel.

The Concourse Office Room: The Palace Hotel was a community hub in the late 1800's where people would gather and conduct business.  Also known as Concourse.

The Mansard Conference Room:  Is a four-sided roof with two slopes on each side, where the lower slope is much steeper than the upper one.  This is the style of roof at the Palace Hotel.

West Central Office Room:  Refers to the location of this office space sitting west and central of the office suite.

The Churchill Office/Meeting Suite:  Winston Churchill traveled to Fulton MO on March 5, 1946, to deliver his famous "Iron Curtain" speech at Westminster College.  The Old Palace Hotel served as the official media center for the dozens of international journalists and photographers covering the historic event. Many of the traveling press corps and visiting guests were lodged at the hotel during the visit.
